Comme une image vaut mille mots, jetez un oeil à cette vidéo : Le principe en avance rapide : 1 -Prenez une grande feuille de papier et scotchez-la sur un mur. 2- Prenez un crayon et posez la mine sur la feuille de papier. 3 - Attachez deux ficelles sur le crayon. 4 -Fixez deux petits moteurs en haut à droite et à gauche de la feuille. 5- Attachez une ficelle à chacun des moteurs 6 - Selon la rotation des moteurs en haut de la feuille, les ficelles qui y sont attachées feront bouger le crayon dans un certain sens et pourront ainsi créer un dessin. 7 - Pour piloter les moteurs et donc les ficelles et donc le crayon qui donne forme au dessin, on utilise une petite carte électronique à laquelle on transfère un dessin créé au préalable sur ordi. 8 - Et voilà, vous avez votre Polargraph ! La fermentation méthanogène qui se produit dans le biodigesteur existe dans la nature. C’est par exemple ce qui se produit dans les marais lorsque de la matière organique se décompose sous l’eau. Les feu-follets sont de petites torchères de biogaz. La domestication du biogaz remonte au début du XIXe siècle et le nombre et la variété de biodigesteurs n’ont cessé de croitre depuis. Ils sont particulièrement présents dans les pays en développement de la ceinture tropicale où la petite paysannerie s’autonomise en énergie grâce à leur production de gaz avec leurs déchets organiques. La chaleur étant un catalyseur important de la fermentation, sous ces latitudes, de petites unités sont économiquement intéressantes. VigiAir va analyser le taux des principaux facteurs qui influencent la qualité de l’air de nos habitations : le taux de pollution, le taux de poussières, mais également le taux d’humidité et la température.

Avant de commencer la formation, je m'étais fabriqué un stand de tir pour airsoft dans mon vide sanitaire avec un système me permettant de relever les cibles tombées à l'aide d'une corde d'un peu moins de 10 mètres.

Pour ces parties de Shadowrun, il utilise des Nerf qu'il customise (entre autres accessoires) avec sa team.
Autant dire que la perspective de dégommer des cibles au Nerf n'était pas pour lui déplaire.

-Le potar ne rentrait pas dans le trou du bouton imprimé en PLA (c'était ma première impression), quelques secondes au mini décapeur thermique ont suffit pour régler le soucis.
J'en oublie surement plein mais du coup j'en profite pour remercier toutes les personnes du FabLab qui nous ont apporté leurs lumières (ou simplement indiqué l'emplacement d'outils) dans les phases obscures de notre projet.
Maxime, Gael, Thibaud, (les)Michaël... et Hubert évidement qui a su nous faire redescendre sur terre sans jamais nous couper les ailes ;-)

De plus, nous avons un afficheur LCD pour afficher des données (rapport cyclique correspondant à la PWM à 32Khz, le courant moteur, la tension moteur, l'action sur les boutons poussoirs. En effet, 4 boutons poussoirs sont utilisés.

Une routine d'interruption de 0.1 seconde sera utilisé pour faire la mesure de la tension est du courant (échantillon de mesure, sample ). Ce temps de sampler est arbitraire, mais ne permet pas d'être plus rapide que le temps de montée du courant car la constante de temps électrique du moteur étant de L/R= 1.5ms.
Le fonctionnement en boucle ouverte avec une rampe de 25.5s (8bit et routine d'interruption de 0.1s) permet de bien comprendre la problématique du fonctionnement d'une commande à moteur DC.

Plusieurs étapes font appel à du matériel très spécifique difficilement accessible au plus grand nombre, et certaines étapes sont très délicates / difficiles (je m'en suis mordu les doigts moi-même et je changerai de méthodes si j'en crée d'autres !)
Par exemple :
* Cintrage de métaux dans une cintreuse à galets (difficile à trouver et à maitriser!)
* Perçage du plexi dans le sens de l'épaisseur (mauvaise idée...!)
* Assemblages complexes nécessitant une maîtrise de la 3d
* Assemblages longs et fastidieux (collages de centaines de pièces...)
* Fabrication de socle en bois à la défonçeuse (aidé d'un ami menuisier)
* etc.
Pour ces raisons je ne fourni pas de guide pas-à-pas, et je ne souhaites pas encourager d'autres à répéter exactement les procédés que j'ai employé, même si au final je suis très content du résultat. Par contre, je vous encourage vivement à vous en inspirer pour imaginer vos propres créations !! Réfléchissez à vos propres méthodes selon ce dont vous disposez et ce que vous maîtrisez :)

Une Sculpture Kinétique aboutie, simple et à moindre coût, d'une taille de mécanisme divisée par deux par rapport aux autres modèles documentés sur Internet, et en plus, qui fonctionne à merveille! Elle peut être fixée à un pied d'écran modifié ou sur un mur pour un meilleur rendu visuel. Le pied d'écran, devenue support, permet de la déplacer facilement. Le centre de gravité d’une roue est placé le plus excentré possible pour obtenir un « pendule ». Le rayon du pendule, correspondant donc au diamètre des roues, est un paramètre qui influence grandement le temps total de fonctionnement de la sculpture. C'est un montage qui peut paraître à première vue complexe car il y a beaucoup d'éléments et que l'assemblage est un peu long, mais en suivant les étapes les unes après les autres, on se rend bien compte que c'est plutôt simple. De plus, cette phase de montage est, je trouve, très instructive et très motivante car on découvre petit à petit que chaque élément vient jouer son rôle dans le bon fonctionnement de la sculpture, pour qu'au final on aboutisse à un objet presque « magique » qui fonctionne et qui donne un effet visuel tres spectaculaire. Pour finir, j'ai également rajouté un anneau de LED RGB adressables avec un circuit Arduino et un switch ON/OFF pour activer l'éclairage d'ambiance, seul élément qui nécessite une source d'énergie externe(pile). A noter qu'on peut également se suffire du mécanisme princial sans y ajouter ces lumières, c'est au goût de chacun. On pourrait également profiter du mouvement des pâles pour diffuser un parfum d'ambiance, les possibilitées sont uniquement limitées par votre imagination ! Comprendre le mécanisme...pas facile à première vue... mais c'est exactement pour ça que j'ai rédigé ce tuto et pris toutes ces photos/vidéos ! Une Sculpture Kinétique aboutie, simple et à moindre coût, d'une taille de mécanisme divisée par deux par rapport aux autres modèles documentés sur Internet, et en plus, qui fonctionne à merveille! Elle peut être fixée à un pied d'écran modifié ou sur un mur pour un meilleur rendu visuel. Le pied d'écran, devenue support, permet de la déplacer facilement. Le centre de gravité d’une roue est placé le plus excentré possible pour obtenir un « pendule ». Le rayon du pendule, correspondant donc au diamètre des roues, est un paramètre qui influence grandement le temps total de fonctionnement de la sculpture. C'est un montage qui peut paraître à première vue complexe car il y a beaucoup d'éléments et que l'assemblage est un peu long, mais en suivant les étapes les unes après les autres, on se rend bien compte que c'est plutôt simple. De plus, cette phase de montage est, je trouve, très instructive et très motivante car on découvre petit à petit que chaque élément vient jouer son rôle dans le bon fonctionnement de la sculpture, pour qu'au final on aboutisse à un objet presque « magique » qui fonctionne et qui donne un effet visuel tres spectaculaire. Pour finir, j'ai également rajouté un anneau de LED RGB adressables avec un circuit Arduino et un switch ON/OFF pour activer l'éclairage d'ambiance, seul élément qui nécessite une source d'énergie externe(pile). A noter qu'on peut également se suffire du mécanisme princial sans y ajouter ces lumières, c'est au goût de chacun. On pourrait également profiter du mouvement des pâles pour diffuser un parfum d'ambiance, les possibilitées sont uniquement limitées par votre imagination ! Until the day, I tried, made, changed and improved my design and finally made a fresh new version by accumulating all my efforts and previous trials. The result is a fully working Kinetic Sculpture that costs almost nothing and more importantly: the size of the mechanism is twice smaller than other documented kinetic sculpture online! You can also fix it to a support like a mounting base of a screen which will allow you to move it around but a wall will give you a far better looking result. The center of gravity of the wheel is placed so it acts like a pendulum. The radius of the pendulum plays a major role in the total runtime of the sculpture. It can look complex on the first sight but if you look more closely at each step you will see that it is fairly easy. It is also very instructive because you start to understand that every piece plays a major role in the running of the sculpture. You end up with an almost magical piece of art that creates spectacular effects! You can complete the sculpture with an RGB LED Ring connected to an Arduino, an ON/OFF switch and a battery so it looks even more amazing. Please note that only the LEDs need an electrical source of energy. You can choose to not use the LEDs, it's up to you. You're only limited by your own imagination.
